Peoples is acceptable or not?

People’ is a collective noun but is always used with a plural verb.
For example: The people of this village are very disciplined.
 The tribal people in this area have no idea of what is going on in the rest of the country.
 ‘Peoples’ means ‘nations’ or ‘races’. When we say 'Peoples'  it means we are talking about the people of different nations, races, community etc,
