Parliament adjourned Sine die

‘Parliament adjourned sine die, sir.”  It means that Parliament adjourned without specifying when it would meet again. ‘Sine’ in Latin means without and ‘die’ in Latin means day. When the adjournment is indefinite, we use the expression ‘sine die’.
The meeting was adjourned sine die.
It is pronounced ‘saini daiee’. ‘Sine’ rhymes with ‘tiny’. The word ‘die’ is pronounced ‘daiee’ that is ‘die’ rhymes with lie’ and ‘buy’
